Increasingly when I turn on my TV from standby and press the home button, the apps I've manually added to the smarthub (Netflix, Prime, YouTube, Apple TV, Disney+) aren't being displayed. There's only 3 or 4 pre-installed apps coming up, and even with this ,I'm unable to navigate through the menu. It's just totally unresponsive. If I leave the smarthub open and wait, sometimes it will eventually populate my apps and start working. Other times I do soft resets and it works, but sometimes I have to do this numerous times. Any ideas as to why this has started happening and how I can stop it? Very frustrating.
Hi @PaulM74, this certainly does sound frustrating. Have you had a go at resetting your Smart Hub? Please note this may log you out of any accounts you're logged into, so you'll have to log in again. You can reset your Smart Hub by heading to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
