Tv has a dark section at the top of the screen

Updates are up to date. There is no damage to the TV. Any help would be lovely.

Could we take the full model code and software version of the TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Could you try running a picture test on the TV, @Nadav? Go to Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. Are you able to send us another photo of the beach scene that shows?

Same thing. My dad is gonna replace the led panels. That's the problem. Thanks bud!
