OK, I'm back again with more confusion.
I'm not asking where you get these changelogs, clearly they are from the inside somehow. You're now listing "Update version 2001.4 - June 2022" for the "2021 Neo QLED TVs and AU Series".
On the US download site, it's still showing 2002.0 as the new download for my AU8000. However I'm wondering if they have posted a bad file. Their 2002.0 upload has a folder T-KSU2EAKUC in it, and the image/info.txt file says "model string: T-KSU2EAKUC".
However, for the last two versions of firmware that my TV has downloaded, "Software Version" has been "T-NKLAAKUC-1904.0" and "T-NKLAAKUC-2001.3". So I think I need a T-NKLAAKUC download.
My TV won't install what Samsung has posted, because it's for the wrong model. I don't know what TV model a T-KSU2EAKUC is. You don't list a "2002" anywhere in your Changelog so I am really confused as to what that release is for.
My TV did download a 2001.3 which you also don't have a Changelog for.
I guess I will have to keep watching the download site, to see if they ever put up a new version, with the right model code for me.
From your experience, how long does it take from when you see a Changelog for a new version, until that version is posted for download?

Hi @Melman1 The change logs are given to German Moderators (who have contacts)and the information is relayed, at times Members make requests if we do not have the details of a new firmware. It is though intended for the European communities and the firmware numbers may not always be the same. I am aware there can be variations with European/US model numbers. Anyway on the UK site 2001.4 is available for download on the AU8000 as well as on a few other models I have checked,I am not aware of anyone mentioning 2002 on the European side.
In answer to your question often the changelog is available around the time the download is posted,at times the download is available a bit before we have the changelog. on the odd occasion the changelog is published first and generally would expect the download to be available within a few weeks.
Know this does not necessarily help you greatly, hopefully the firmware you need will be available before too long.

Thank you for the info. It's a puzzle and I am trying to understand how the pieces fit together.
The UK download of 2001.4 for AU8000 is for model T-NKLADEUC. Which my TV model T-NKLAAKUC won't install. I have not yet found the magic decoder ring to explain what the model codes really mean.

Hello,
I got version 2301.0 on a 2020 model in the netherlands, see https://www.samsung.com/nl/support/model/UE50TU7020WXXN/#downloads is there a changelog for this? Thanks!
19-06-2022 04:37 PM
Interesting - there is actually a new version - 2301.0, but it only applies to selected (few) models, not the entire 2020 series...

Hi @CloudPants8081 I do not have a changelog for 2301 at the moment, however I will request this information.

The 2301.0 NL download is listed for the "50TU7020 (2020)" TV's. From the name of the download file, it appears to be for only model KTSUDEUC. What actual TV is that?
By comparison to the US site, where the TV model is "TU7000 (2020)", the current download file is "2020_TV_Firmware.zip" which includes files for three models: KSU2EAKUC 1904.0, KTSUAKUC 2201.0, T-NKLAKUC 2201.0. I was not expecting to see three download files, and I'm really confused that they are different firmware versions.
Maybe that's the problem with the current download posted for US AU8000 - they needed to include multiple files to support all the TV's in the line, but they only put one file in. I don't know what previous AU8000 downloads had in them.
I know they have hundreds of TV models to support, across all the TV lines and country-specific options. James, can you ask for a list of the models? Then we will know which TV's the various downloads are really meant to support.

Strange... Last week I downloaded and installed latest firmware (ver. 2301.0) to my Samsung UE32T5372AU tv (European model). And only yesterday the new (?) firmware appeared on Samsung Web page, which has a LOWER version number (2240.0). Is it really a coincidence or should I downgrade my firmware to 2240 version?
