Hello,
So we have two Samsung TV's, a [TV] UE55NU8000 and [TV] UE40KU6400 .
The UE55 seems to have the latest version of Amazon Prime Video - that recently updated (which has a much better UI, and easier to use, alongside the fact you can select individual profiles), while the UE40 seems to still be on the previous version.
I can't find anywhere that shows how to update apps - I've even tried to uninstall the app, then re-install (from the TV) with no luck.
Checked for updates for the UE40, but none show as available.
How do I get this TV(UE40) to be on the same version?
Appreciate the help.

I kid you not, it updated the app itself the next day - but I could not find this thread to advise this, until your post, then I got an email notification.
Anyway, the only thing different that I did, was take the plug out of the TV (directly from the wall), wait for maybe 5 minutes, then plug it back in.
Maybe taking the plug out forces it to check for updates once it's connected back - no idea.
But yes, UE40 now has the latest Amazon Prime app, allowing me to use user profiles, same as newer TV.

Did you manage to update the app in your UE40? I have the same problem.
