When unpacking the 77" OLED S90C TV, a manufacturing defect was discovered - a slight bend in the upper frame of the premium TV! It was the frame, not the matrix. The aesthetic appearance of the premium model was damaged!
During operation, the deformation of the frame increases. Initially the bend was not so noticeable!
Samsung CS connected to the phone via SMS so that we could video record the problem. Then they said that a customer service specialist would contact us now. They called 5 minutes later and said that from the video it was absolutely clear that we damaged it ourselves during transportation))) There are no exchanges and no returns, only repairs. If I refuse repairs, they will revoke my warranty, since in the future this damage may render the matrix unusable!
TV 77" S90C curved out of the box!!!
I demanded that a specialist come to my home and draw up a report confirming the defect, since it was impossible to determine the cause of the bend from a photograph. To which the customer service specialist answered that yes, this is her assumption, but she is absolutely sure that I not only bent the screen myself, but also hit it, since she sees that the matrix is damaged, she determined this from the photographs that I added here!
The matrix is ideal, smooth, whole. Only the top frame of the TV is bent. The TV works great, just a crooked frame. What should I do, please advise. I want him back.

Hi @Misichavichus ,
Tech Support are pretty good at spotting even the small signs of physical damage from videos and photos, I've found. (A lot better than I am, at any rate.) And they did seem to be quite sure according what you've said here. 🤔
Which country are you based in? Which retailer did you buy the TV from? And how long ago did you buy the TV and unpack it?

I bought an official TV in Ukraine on May 10 and have been sorting things out with them for 3 weeks now. To no avail. The service never came to me
The bend of the screen was noticed immediately when opening the box.
Immediately during the filming of the video, they said that Samsung allows curvature of up to 3mm and there is nothing wrong with that if the TV shows well, and then they said that they didn’t say that

We arrived today from Samsung service. They measured everything and came to the conclusion that the TV was fully operational and did not need repairs. They also said that on my 77" panel a deviation from the horizon of 5mm is allowed, but on my TV everything is within the factory tolerance. They measured a bend of 4mm.
