I have a new U350TU7100 and I can’t find any terrestrial tv channels. I am using digital Ariel. I have been into broadcasting settings and done the auto tune. Changed the settings about and searched again but nothing. Samsung Tv are the only channels and they’re not what we want to be watching. Any help much appreciated. Thanks

@Vicki16: Can you try heading to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now to see if there are any updates available that might address your issue? Now, go to Home > Live TV > Channel List, press the directional button on your remote, move the focus to Terrestrial and hit Select. If you're using a digital aerial, try heading to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information. Here you can use the signal strength information to adjust the antenna for increased signal strength and improved HD channel reception. Let me know how you get on.

Hi. This same thing happened to me. I have a coax coupler from cable wire to tv and I scan which says 92 channels are found but gives no “regular channels” like bbc1, itv, channel 4 etc. I’ve factory reset x3 and tried wire in and out and I’m so lost
