Television stuck on this screen

It looks like you need to connect your TV to the One Connect box that comes with the TV. Did you see the One Connect Box in the box? If not, where did you purchase the TV?

This tv has been connected for last three years from the television to Samsung external box with no problems.  Now this is showing on my tv.  What’s the solve?

Did you ever figure out how to get out of the screen? Having this issue at my job with a tv there.

Same to me. It’s stuck. Remote and keyboard doesn’t work. Did you solve this?

Did you ever fix this? Just bought a tv and I keep getting the same error screen as soon as i turn it one. It is asking me to connect the tv to an external box which i dont have. Tried to press other buttons on the remote to  exit the screen but nothing works. All my other samsung tvs are plugged in directly to the power outlet, nothing else.
