When I use the smart capability on my 5300 to access i-player and All4 box sets that are made with subtitles I get the response that subtitles are not available.
Has anyone with a 5300 NOT got this problem?
If so I can claim under guarantee that my TV is faulty.
Alternatively I shall have to claim through the small claims court that the failure to provide a necessary accessability feature renders it unfit for purpose.
What is Samsung's take on this.
