Hi   @Michael  see what I can find out but seems to mean  compatible with these devices but not built into Tv.   Does not have Multi Voice Assistants built in  according to the specifications Some information here https://www.samsung.com/uk/tvs/uhd-4k-tv/tu7020-50-inch-crystal-uhd-smart-tv-ue50tu7020kxxu/  https://www.trustedreviews.com/reviews/samsung-ue50tu7020

@Michael Bibby Not all 2020 Tv's has  Alexa/Google Assistant built in.

For instance if not  procedure as follows:

Step 1: Set up your devices.

First, make sure that both your Samsung TV and your Amazon Alexa device are set up and workings. Once you complete the initial setup on You would also need to set up the TV as a Thing (Samsung's word for a smart device) in the SmartThings app. To do this, simply sign in to your Samsung account on the TV.

Step 2: Prepare the apps.

You would also need to get  phone ready to coordinate the  two devices. by  downloading  both the Samsung SmartThings app (available for iOS(opens in new tab) and Android) and the Amazon Alexa app (also for iOS(opens in new tab) or Android).

Google Assistant:   https://www.samsung.com/how-to-setup-google-home-on-a-samsung-tv/

However will confirm the capabilities of the Tv later.

@Michael  unfortunately as initially thought this model is not compatible with the Smart Remote, confirmed with Samsung Support. It only comes with the Standard Remote and would not work with a Smart one.
Alexa and Google Assistant are not built into the Tv but can work with the appropriate devices. see earlier post on setting up.
