Hi,
I have an older 55" inch Samsung (model id: UA55J6200) that stalls frequently when using Smart TV functions, forcing a full power off from time to time.
As a starting point I'm attempting to update the software but it looks like there hasn't been a software update availalble for some time.
- The model is no longer available on the Samsung website to attempt a manual software update
- Is this common for TV that fall out of software support ?
Not sure what else I can do
