TVTook delivery of new smart tv (LT32e390sx/xu) on Saturday. I have been unable to download the t&cs and manual despite trying several times and waiting hours. I was advised via the Samsung on-line chat that Samsung's Hub was down. Raised it again via on-line chat yesterday but no response.
Any ideas anyone? I'm at my wits end.😫
