Smart hub not working Serif

Hi,

 

The Smarthub on our Serif TV stopped loading after a reset. I wanted to solve an issue with Netflix as the app had completely stopped loading. On resetting Smarthub all of the apps stopped loading completely along with all of the smarthub options (i.e. Apps, sound, photos etc). 

I've reset a number of times, I can see that my wifi is connecting to the tv however I am unclear what to do next. I'm assuming that this was due to a software upgrade. 

Please help!

Have you accepted all the T&C's when re-setting the Smart Hub?

Hi Chris, 

I checked I had signed the Ts and Cs but this didn't make any difference.
