I have a 9 year old curved tv and the smart box has stopped working and won connect to the tv, every time I try to connect it turns the TV off. There is no light or power to the smart box. I connect an Apple TV box several days ago and watched a couple of films then the box stopped working. Having difficulty contacting a service engineer here in Spain, need to purchase a new box but dont know where to start? Help please
