I'm having the same problem everyone else is having. The recommended solutions are not working. Samsung caused the problem. Samsung needs to fix the problem. Model UN55JU6400. All downloaded apps deleted and can't download new apps since update.

Then let's do an Apps Reset: 1. Turn off the TV, make sure that it's on standby mode. 2. Press Info, Menu/settings, Mute and Power on the remote. Press it one at a time or one after the other, and as fast as you can. 3. A menu will come up. Make sure not to change anything while on the Factory Mode, any changes there can potentially damage the TV. 4) Select SVC, then Reset, look Reset app or Smart Hub reset 5) Press the right arrow button and the word wait will come out. 6) When the word done is showing(or wait goes away), Press the Return button repeatedly until the initial Factory Mode screen is displayed. 7)Turn off the TV. 😎 After TV is off, unplug from the main wall socket for 30 seconds then plug back in. 9) Turn on the TV and wait for another 3 minutes before going to Featured apps. 10) Smart Hub should work already.

Hi @smart8  Firstly check you have the latest firmware 2127,  you can update via USB  by downloading the file on the Samsung support site  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE40F6510SBXXU/

However if you have latest update or does not solve the issue would suggest the following advice:

Power Tv off at the mains and wait 30 seconds before plugging back in, power the Tv back on but wait 5 minutes before  before  selecting the Smart Hub. Now  navigate to Featured and select the Apps tile in Featured, this time only lauch the Apps from the main Apps panel.  see more in this thread:

None of these 'fixes', including apps reset has done a thing. It's been months now. So disappointing. Serif mini.

Experienced the same issue on my brand new EU55TU8507UXXU! Followed your Power TV off procedure and work first hand. Thank you.
