My TV (UE37ES6300) is constantly (ie. every day) trying to update the Smart Hub. As part of the update it will turn off the TV and then start updating again after turning on. This will happen 3 or 4 times before I am able to use the Smart Hub.
I've tried resetting the Smart Hub and the whole TV, but same thing happens each day
Any suggestions?

Hi @timjane.
Have you checked to see if all the T&C's have been accepted? Go to Menu > Smart Features > Terms and Policy.
Let us know how you get on.

thanks for the reply.
I think they are accepted - at least there's no option to accept anything, it just lists the wording.
I got to it via Menu -> Suport -> Smart Hub -> Tools -> Settings -> Terms and conditions

Try a Smart Hub reset, @timjane. This will then give you the option to re-accept the T&C's. Go to Menu > Support > Smart Hub > Reset Smart Hub.

Thanks - unfortunately it's still in the same cycle of updating every day after trying a reset
