Setting issue

On my QE55Q95TATXXU TV

When I go into settings, then picture to turn on the PIP setting it is blue out, meaning it will not let me select it to turn it on, is there another setting which I need to turn on/ off before I am allowed to have access to PIP setting? Please help

@GlennM8: I've had a look into this for you, and while using a connected external device, such as a Blu Ray Player, you can watch a TV broadcast in a small picture-in-picture (PIP) window via Settings > Picture > PIP. If you don't have an external device connected, then it won't be possible to access the feature. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

thank you, I was hoping that I could bring up the internet while watching tv channel, like I could do with my last samsung tv, once again thank you AndrewL
