Set Up Voice Assistant problem

I have a Samsung QE65QN95A  (2021) 65 inch tv. As of approximately a week ago the Voice Assistant settings are no longer accessible in the menu. I first noticed it when I used the voice control button on the remote to give a command and a pop up menu came on screen saying Set Up Voice Assistant.  Alexa was set up as the default voice on the TV originally. I have read that Google Assistant is no longer supported lately but Alexa should still work right? Anyone had this issue?

Hello, the TV is of course connected to the internet I have tried this both wired and wireless. And I am signed into my Samsung account and also signed in on SmartThings. As I’ve already said I am unable to go any further in the menu. Settings/ General/ Voice/ Set Up Voice Assistant/Ok then I am kicked back to Voice and that is as far as I am able to go.  If I press and hold the microphone button it says Set Up Voice Assistant/ Set Up Now then nothing it goes back to the tv channel that is shown on screen.

Sounds like you've hit a brick wall. Sorry, none of this has helped. It's not like your TV is that old either. You'd have thought it would have been compatible with at least one of the voice services. If you have the Samsung Members app, then please send this as feedback, which you'll find in the Support section. Hopefully, Samsung can advise if the service is still available for your model.

I did start getting a message popping up about 4 months ago stating that support for Ring doorbells was running out on mine but no mention of anything to do with the voice assistants. Thank you for help anyway.

I have the same problem with my Samsung QLED.. I click the mic on the remote. It says set up voice assistant. I click Set up and then nothing happens.. Alexa not working at all anymore. Any solutions?!

Same issue with myself, set up now doesn't do anything! Very annoying as link with alexa was useful, I was able to ask alexa to turn off TV, but not any more

I have a GQ65QN91 QLed in German and i have the same Issue. i think since the last Firmware Update?!? its Version 2220... Wenn i go to preferences voice nothing happens. or when you hold down the micro button at the remote the same problem. it says you can activate the voice assstant but nothing happens.
