I have problem with samsung s93c eARC HDMI-port. My Denon avc-3800H is available with voice but no picture. I cannot setup hometheater system, because I cannot get picture via HDMI3 -port. When i try troubleshoot, the HDMI3 stays gray, even the power is on. Sounds will come through this HDMI, when watching tv or app. How to resolve problem? I can see that Samsung tvs have lot of problems with HDMI - eARCs. Port are right ones, HDMI out eARC and HDMI3 with Samsung TV. Cable is ultrahighspeed 48Gps.
Is there proper solution to this?
