I have an 85" Samsung QN95D that has this terrible aura/shadow around things. Had a technician out taking a look and he agreed that it looked bad and weird. However, Samsung will not admit a hardware fult or sny fult at all so therefore the technician can't get the parts to change the panel. Samsung will also not tell me if this is an issue that they will fix with a software update so now I sit here with a 73 000 SEK TV that performs worse than a 5000 SEK TV and Samsung will not give a refund or a solution to this issue.
I suggest you stay away from Samsung TVs! If anyone from Samsung see this, is this how your top of the line TV shouod perform?
