I have been trying for months now to figure out why my Alexa is not working and there's not much I can do on my TV to try to fix it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Alexa app but that didn't help because the Alexa app just will not open for me to do anything. I have tried on multiple occasions to access the voice assistant option through the settings menu and it opens nothing. Through the Alexa app that I have on my phone I have tried to disconnect the TV as a device and add it again but there is still no change. Alexa recognizes and connects to the TV but none of the commands work. Nor does the button on my remote work. It's not as though I've changed anything on my TV so I'm truly not sure what could be preventing Alexa from working.

Hi @TahjC A warm welcome from the Samsung community check you have the latest update. if you go to Menu -Settings-- All Settings -General & Privacy -Voice >-Voice Assistant, is Alexa still available as an option, and are you signed in? You could try signing out/in of your Amazon Account.
Additionally if checked everything else could try a Hard Reboot, unplug the Tv from the mains for around 5 minutes to see if that makes a difference, A Factory Reset would be another option. Whilst your wifi seems to be fine also an idea to Reboot the Router.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
