Hi
My Alexa app has suddenly stopped working on my Samsung 55” QLED TV. Was working fine. Now if I select it, it takes me to the Accessibility and Privacy settings.
I have uninstalled it. Turned off and disconnected the TV for 10 minutes, then reinstalled the app. But same result. Software is up to date in TV and everything else works fine.
Any solutions ?
