service menu not availabe any more

hello, i made some changes in the service menu and unfortunately the tv lost a lot of programmes, so when i want to reset it, i can t get access to service menu , it seems that it s not available any more. can you help me to solve this please 🙏

Just keep resting it and hopefully it should help or you could unplug ur tv for 15mins and see what happens
