SAMSUNG 43-Inch The Serif LS01B Series purchased Nov 2023.
Since it arrived, video displays black and/or with horizontal green lines (usually at top 10% of screen, but sometimes 100%) while sound and TV and App Interfaces (Netflix, HBO, Samsung) function normally.
This happens randomly, always upon power on — meaning it either powers up with this issue or not. The only temp fix is unplugging the tv for several minutes or long holding the power button on the remote until the startup procedure resets.
Software is up to date.
Will try Self diagnosis when issue is present and follow up…
Anyone have ideas on how to resolve? Should I try and have support replace it?
