SC90C Low Bluetooth Volume

Paired my Buds Pro to the S90C but the volume is very low. Even at 100% the level is barely acceptable but needs to go higher. Tried an old pair of Sennheiser with the same result, so not the headphones.

These & other forums seem to be littered with numerous similar complaints across numerous different TV models. As usual, there's only silence from Samsung... 🙄

Disappointed that there's no reply to this post. I have the same problem and it's annoying. No bluetooth headphone sounds loud enough with S90C whilst they all sound good with other audio sources like phone or PC.

Can someone from Samsung suggest a solution?

Sadly the default response from Samsung to most issues is to ignore them & hope they'll go away.

I suspect that the volume is limited to 85dB in line with EU directives, but with no option to override.
