TV can't download more apps because the memory is full. What should I do? The picture often freezes for a second when it's moving.

Whilst the thread is a few months old will put some information here. For memory issues try a Factory Reset, Support-Self Diagnosis-Reset. However some customers have reported that a flash reset was more successful. Instructions for this procedure are
1. press the button at the logo for 5-10 seconds
2. Release the button
3. press the power button on the TV Remote for 5-10 seconds. Tv will go black for a little while and then restart. The Samsung account details will need to be set up again.
Whilst some customers have been advised to use a USB drive if issues persist in some cases following investigation the main Tv Board has been replaced.
