Smart tv will no longer pair with mobile device

Hi,

My Samsung smart tv UE32M5520AKXXU will no longer pair with any of my mobile devices.

TV still connects to the Internet and the apps on the TV such as Netflix work fine.

Has anybody else come across this problem and know how to resolve it?

Is it a Bluetooth or WiFi?? If it is WiFi then your TV and phone must use the same network

My mobile devices are all Huawei I didn't know if that was the issue, but they have worked previously. What brand of mobile device are you having trouble connecting?

Via WiFi. Both on the same network. They have connected previously but I have been able to connect for the past couple of weeks

Have the Huaweis had a recent update that may have caused this issue?

All my devices are Samsung Galaxy Tab A, 48" curved TV and galaxy Note 8 tried with both bluetooth and wi-fi
