Samsung Tv Plus not working on my tv RU8000 65 inch just bought it a month ago and tried different settings and nothing works

Did you manage to get this resolved? If not, we'd suggest re-setting your TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset.

@MikeG4: Is your TV connected to the internet, as this is required to view TV Plus content?If it is, what happens when you head to Home > Live TV > Channel List > Press the right directional arrow on the remote > Samsung TV Plus? If the channels still aren't visible, try going to Live TV > Channel List > All > Edit Channels > Restore Samsung TV Plus, to see if this helps.
