Samsung TV in burn in mode

My TV is in burn in mode. Solid Green, blue, white and grey screens on a continual loop. I can hear the sound but can't access the menu, or info screens. I've tried accessing the reset via the remote control but with no joy. I've tried updating the firmware, but with no visual it's been very tricky and again no joy. What can I do? I suspect remote access would work.

I am suffering from the same problem my samsung smart tv ES7500 it goes in burn mode after few hours but the sound remains audible i have to switch it off and again switch it on after 5 minutes then again it goes in burn in mode itself.is there anyone ?who can guide me regarding this issue please i m tired of it?
