Samsung TV black screen with standby light on

Hi, I am using a QE55LS03RAUXXU TV with one connect and invisible
cable. The TV started to switch off on its own for 2 days. And not doesn't
switch on but does have the standby light on. I have checked there is
power running through the power cable to one connect and invisible
cable. Does this mean that my one connect box is faulty?

Hi @Naz7866  Firstly  unplug  disconnect tv and connections from the mains  for about a minute before reconnecting to see if that solves the issue.  If not  whilst there does not appear to be an issue with cabling I would suggest you disconnect the  cable from the One Connect Box  before reinserting to see if that makes a difference and if the screen menu is displayed. if still problems there may be an issue with the One Connect Box  but would to connect Samsung Support for advice.

Thanks, I have tried all the troubleshooting but no fix. I just need to figure out if it's the cable or the one connect box. I spoke to samsung and they said same thing, so will have to buy a cable to check if that resolves it. Its only £104 for the cable lol. Hopefully I can return it if it isn't the cable.
