ITVX has stopped working on my TV model QE43Q60RAT

Hi @PCsenior Ensure you have the latest firmware, is Ithe ITVx app up to date (though may be set to Auto update), you could try reinstalling the app. However an idea to reboot both thev TV and the router for around 1 minute (via unplugging)| before trying again even if other apps are ok. For some error messages it is suggested to try 0 0 0 0 7 7 7 on the Remote before doing this.
