Samsung TV 32 Inch 5 series

I am having an issue with the following with my TV which is almost 4 years old.

1) I don't know whether the Software is the latest or not.

2) The Smart View feature from my  Samsung mobile to the TV is not working. The TV model is not displayed on my Mobile phone which is F41 model.

3) I am unable to connect my Zebronics Blue Tooth Head Phone to the TV and this headphone is not appearing in the device list nor is there an option to add this device. 

I am providing the technical information of the Samsung TV 32 INCH TV  as under.

2) Serial Number: 0AAP3PBK600100P

3) SOFTWARE VERSION: T-KTSUABC-1300.3, BT - S

THE ISSUE HAS CROPPED SINCE LAST FEW DAYS AND I TRIED ALL THE OPTIONS TO RECTIFY  2 & 3 ISSUES BUT TO NO AVAIL.

REQUEST ASSISTANCE IN THIS REGARD.
