My TV (which was purchased in 2021 but just recently opened due to an incentive for my child) started to only display the left upper quadrant (zoomed in). A full factory reset has been completed twice as well as a soft reset and an unplugged reset. On the “picture setting” I have attempted all settings including the standard. Please help - he worked so hard to earn this TV and now he can’t even use it. : (
