Samsung TU8500 Multiview & Screen Mirroring Issue

Hi there, I've recently bought a 50" Samsung TU8500 direct from Samsung. I'm having a real challenge getting Multiview to work successfully. I can mirror my Android phones screen, an iPhone and an iPad successfully, but cannot combine another input e.g. Sky, Amazon Fire stick or Chromecast with a mobile display. The closest I can get is Sky showing on the left-hand multiview window and a blank blue window on the right.

I've used Samsung Support Live Chat to try a couple of solutions and the latest attempt to resolve this involved upgrading the firmware from version 1402 to 1460.

Does anyone have any suggestions to resolve this?

Things I've done already:
- Checked all devices are on the same wi-fi network
- Made sure all devices are allowed by the others
- Applied any updates

Samsung say... This is a known issue between Apple Airplay and some Samsung TV’s. An update in the future may resolve this. At this moment in time, this feature is unavailable
