Samsung The Frame, can’t control audio with Smart Remote

Dear all,

I have a problem with my setup. I need a solution for this.

I’m the owner of a Samsung The Frame 85 inch 2023 model and using a Sonos system for audio in my setup. The ConnectBox was on top of a cabinet and I could control the volume of my Sonos System with the Smart Remote. Now the ConnectBox is in a closed cabinet and there is no line-of-sight between the ConnectBox and the Sonossystem. Now I can’t control the volume of my system. Please help me with this issue. How can I solve this problem

Did you find a solution to your problem? We’ve just purchased a 75 inch the frame TV and would like to use our Sonos speakers. Ideally we’d like to place the Connect box in another room in a cabinet or alternatively in a box recessed into the wall behind the Frame TV. So neither placement will have line of sight t he Connect box  

I’m wondering if you managed to find a solution
