I just got one of these boxes after finally cancelling sky.
I have connected it all up using the two satellite cable's. Run the scan, got all the channels added.
But every channel says it can't receive channel, check connection.
I've checked the signal and it's perfect, reconnected my sky box, it's working perfectly, all channels show.
I bought and connected a universal wideband LNB, this is working as again sky TV box showed all channels and signal fine.
Run the scan again for the Samsung TV box, and again got all the channels, but again not even 1 works.
I have looked at the individual signal for each channel and it shows good signal, so struggling to understand why it isn't working.
Just to make sure the box wasn't faulty I done a non Freesat scan, by connecting it to one of the other satellites up there, and it worked showing some Euro channels.
