To whom it may concern
I am writing to express my disappointment with the Samsung TV QN90N's anti-glare layer coating. I understand the application of anti-glare coating, instead of reducing the glare, it is making it worse. I have attached the images below. With this kind of rainbow glare on screen, the viewing experience is very bad and as a loyal customer, I expected high-quality performance, but the anti-glare layer on this TV is ineffective. I have reached out to customer representatives numerous times, but they have been unable to resolve the issue.
Resolution from customer care:
"Offer QN90C for $2239.00 after black friday discount" I am not satisfied with the resolution Samsung is providing me because I have already invested in Samsung by buying QN90B $3200 and pay another $2239.00 for QN90C.. That's a total of $5000 investment for just 85 inch tv. This doesn't look fair. Every Appliance in my household is from samsung because I believe in the quality samsung is delivering to his customer. But this time I am not satisfied.
I urge Samsung to address this problem promptly, as it hampers my viewing experience and diminishes the value of my purchase.
Thanks

There don't seem to be any images attached to your post. Are you able to try re-sending them please?

Don't bother getting the QN90C as it's also an issue. I tested in different stores with same results so definitely a design flaw. Lucky I was able to replace with LG TV with no rainbow affects on light reflections.

Hi, may I ask which LG did you end up getting? I also got the QN90C and the rainbow effect in broad daylight is super annoying 😕
