Samsung QN700A grey screen reboot

I currently have a QN700a model TV, that just recently the screeen went dark grey with some lines and then randomly reboots itself and won’t turn off unless unplugged. Was fine and then all of a sudden it happened. Anyone have anything similar or solutions?

Hi I have exactly the same issue with my 8K 65 tv. 
contacted Samsung and they tell me the tv is two years old and therefore no longer under warranty. When I lived in the USA these tv’s had a five year warranty. 
This is the third high end Samsung I have  owned in the UK. 

I can not believe that Samsung charge so much for their TV’s and they are so unreliable.
