Samsung q90r and All4 error 011

Till very recently the all 4 app on my uk TV worked well. But suddenly no matter what I do the app doesn't play the videos. Ads play fine but when it gets to the content it throws the error 011.

I've completely reset the tv and rest the app a couple of times but no luck.

Thoughts?

This has nothing to do with tv makes/models or you ISP but more to do with their app I suspect.  I've just encountered this on my Amazon fire stick.  While watching a program I flicked channels to avoid the ads. When iflicked back I got a message saying Object-Object in square brackets, and the All4 - 011 .  When I went back into the menu system it appears the film I have been watching is now unavailable 🤔.  So it looks like they had taken the film off their play list while I was still watching it 😱.  Either this is the case with others or .. the code 011 is a generic code covering a multitude of issues?   Good luck
