The one connect box for out 75" TV recently stopped working. Unfortunately I am unable to find the exact model number for the TV as it is mounted on the wall nearly 7 feet up from the ground so I cannot access the back panel.
I was, however able to find the model number for the one connect box : BN96-46074H
The problem is that I cannot find any replacements available online. I found one (or at least so it seemed) on an online store, purchased it and after several days I called and they informed me that they had oversold that model and did not know any particular date when they would recieve any more.
So, is there any way that I could buy a different model one connect box that would still work with my TV?
