Samsung Checkout Fraud

Hey I am trying tu suscribe to Art in the Frame 55´ and when going into the checkout at pay samsung blocks the payment with a message that wants to prevent fraud.

How can I solve this issue?

Would recommend you call instead of using chat, email etc.
