No one seems to give a dam .
S95b has now been repaired 3 times in 6 weeks , exactly the same fault but they have tried 3 times to try and fix it..the tv has a intermittent fault and now I need to book the tv in for a fourth time now same fault. 
The tv should be written off but there is no one at Samsung willing to listen. .
Software constantly crashes ,screen flickers and only way to be able to use the tv is to unplug the tv and plug it back in.

I own 3 Samsung tvs and this has put me off ever buying one again.
Poor poor customer service and no one senior that can make a decision. 
Real shame .

I know that ,a s95b panel can only be paired with a s95b motherboard.
You can't put a 2024 panel on it .it's an authentication thing .both the panel and motherboard must match up

But 2022 model is not available from customers anymore

Yes true , but they have the panels in stock for repairs etc .or at least that's what I was told from the engineer

Got my TV back today. It's been updated to the latest firmware version. And it's working well so far .only time will tell if the issues are resolved

Try a full tv reset ,see if that helps with the speed
