No one seems to give a dam .
S95b has now been repaired 3 times in 6 weeks , exactly the same fault but they have tried 3 times to try and fix it..the tv has a intermittent fault and now I need to book the tv in for a fourth time now same fault.
The tv should be written off but there is no one at Samsung willing to listen. .
Software constantly crashes ,screen flickers and only way to be able to use the tv is to unplug the tv and plug it back in.

I own 3 Samsung tvs and this has put me off ever buying one again.
Poor poor customer service and no one senior that can make a decision.
Real shame .

Just an example

I'm sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you're facing with your Samsung S95B TV. Dealing with frequent repairs and unresolved problems can be incredibly frustrating. Here are steps you can take to address the situation:

1. **Document Everything**: Keep a detailed record of all repairs, dates, and issues encountered. This documentation will be essential if you need to escalate the matter further.

2. **Contact Samsung Support**: Reach out to Samsung support again and explain your situation calmly and clearly. Provide them with the history of repairs and the ongoing issues. Ask to speak with a supervisor or escalate the case to a higher support level.

3. **Request a Replacement or Refund**: Given the repeated issues and repairs, consider requesting a replacement unit or a refund, especially if the TV continues to malfunction despite multiple repair attempts.

4. **Consumer Protection**: Depending on your location, consumer protection laws may entitle you to a replacement, repair, or refund if the product is defective. Research your rights and consider contacting consumer protection agencies if necessary.

5. **Social Media or Forums**: Sometimes, reaching out to Samsung via social media platforms like Twitter or forums can get attention from their customer support team.

6. **Legal Advice**: If all else fails and you believe Samsung is not fulfilling its obligations under warranty or consumer protection laws, consider seeking legal advice.

Persistently document your communications with Samsung and keep records of any promises made or actions agreed upon. This will help you advocate for a resolution to the ongoing issues with your TV.

Ethaniel, thank you ,they are collecting the tv again tomorrow to take it away for repair again.
Because it's an intermittent fault. When I unplug the tv and plug it back in it clears the faults ,so when they unplug and take my TV to their workshop for repair ,when they plug it back in it will appear to be working fine .it's only after using the tv for a while the fault comes back .
So far motherboard replaced twice ,wireless controller replaced and also the panel itself too.
But the dam fault still comes back .
Apps crash as in you can't move about the app you are on .screen flickers .it's just been a nightmare.

Ensure you put a letter in the package full description of whats expected in the fault and how it happens as well as how it will be cleared when they receive it. also explain to them when it started and how. Tell them to keep the tv until the fault comes back also as i am sure it will theres something going on in the tv somewhere soo what ever it was you did when the fault started ask them to replicate that. Maybe even give them the aerial cable

I've gave them video of it ,also gave Samsung technical support copies of it. There isn't a specific thing that causes it .it just happens when it feels like doing it .
I haven't even bothered plugging anything back into the tv .no soundbar, no firestick or aerial even.
It's a strange one .

its probably something silly like over voltage, a short somewhere temporarily such as a capacitor, resistor it could be 1001 things. I hope it gets resolved it sucks when u have something that just doesnt work and thats all you want it to do is work..

Seems to be the norm nowadays nevermind. wish you all the best
