S90D / S93D UHD Picture Judder

Watching the darts on Sky Sport UHD last night and after every replay, the picture judders until the camera angle is changed.   This also occasionally happens on football in UDH

All motion settings on my TV are turned off.

I noticed that this only occurs when the Contrast Enhancer is set to Low or Medium.  If I turn that up to High then the issue doesn't happen but the picture is not to my liking.

It also doesn't happen if Clear Motion is turned on but I hate that mode!

Is there anywhere I can report this as a bug as I cannot see why setting the Contrast Enhancer to High would resolve a problem like this.

thanks

Have you turned on the judder reduction in the sky audio visual settings

Yes, I have tried the Judder setting in the Sky Q menu but it makes no difference.  I think that only works for Apps.

Yes the Judder setting on Skyq is specifically for Apps. Motion setting needs to be turned on for Judder reduction via Tv but can be set to low level. However this mode does not always appeal.

Know with this sort of issue some have found it helps if the Eco options and Intelligence modes are not activated.

Otherwise could try experimenting with Picture Settings but no guarantee.

Thank you - I will have a play.

Worst case scenario is I leave the Contrast Enhancer set to high - not ideal but the image quality doesn’t suffer too badly.

It’s strange that setting it to High fixes it but Low doesn’t - I wonder what additional processing is going on to cause this.
