I now have both a Q950 and a Frame, both exhibit the same deficiency when using the Smart Remote. According to the user guide, pressing the channel button (rather than up/down) should present the guide. On both my models, pressing the button does nothing. Can you please enable this to go directly to Sky Home or Guide? It would be a huge improvement!
