Hello Friends, I need your help...
I recently bought a USED Samsung TV (Model # UN50NU7400F) and I can't seem to figure out how to delete their old Samsung User Account from the TV despite searching this site, and trying everything I could.
I had no issue setting up MY Samsung Account on the TV, but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to remove the former owner's account from the TV.
I can switch to their old account, but when I try to delete it, I am asked for the former owner's account password, and they have since moved out of the country with no ability for me to contact them for help... aaargh!

Thanks for the suggestion, but they sold me the tv and some other furniture because they were moving out of the country, and I have no ability to contact them, where they are.

Did you ever get a fix for this I have the same problem and can not remove the old account as I don't have password and seller is not responding to me

Regrettably, no, and Samsung has not replied with any assistance whatsoever. I own two other Samsung TVs, and a Samsung fridge, and I will never buy another Samsung product because of their lack of regard or concern for customer service.
