Hello Friends, I need your help...
I recently bought a USED Samsung TV (Model # UN50NU7400F) and I can't seem to figure out how to delete their old Samsung User Account from the TV despite searching this site, and trying everything I could.
I had no issue setting up MY Samsung Account on the TV, but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to remove the former owner's account from the TV.
I can switch to their old account, but when I try to delete it, I am asked for the former owner's account password, and they have since moved out of the country with no ability for me to contact them for help... aaargh!

You probably got rid of the tv but you just reset smart hub and it removes and signs out all accounts on the tv.

Same problem 😞 ...No success without working pin. 0000 didn't work for me.
Anyone found a way to "HARD RESET"?
