Regarding Poor Service and Product Damage of my 65 inch TV

Hi, I live in India and I bought a Samsung TV 6 months ago. For the past month, I have faced a persistent problem that the Samsung Service Centre has been unable to resolve.

Despite repeated attempts to contact Premium Support, the Service Head India, and even raising the issue on Twitter, I have received no satisfactory resolution. My TV remains at the centre for over 30 days, despite being under warranty. This lack of response and support is unacceptable.

I regret buying such an expensive TV, I didnt know the support will be so bad. Can someone guide me on the next steps? Thank you
