"Something went wrong" with youtube kids

Yesterday, my kids used "youtube kids" app on TVs as usually did, but it showed "Something went wrong, try again" message on BOTH of my two samsung TVs(One is UN58NU710D, another is UN55NU6950). But at the same time, my kids can use their accounts watch videos with "youtube kids" on their iPads, even on my iPhone. And at the same time, other Apps on my TVs all worked good. Then I tried to solve this issue by myself, I searched this topic on Google, I found a lot of people got this problem and can not solve. I also tried reset my network settings and reinstall "youtube kids" app and re-login youtube account on all my TVs, but it still can not solve. Some people says this problem is from Google, but some says it is from Samsung. BUT! This problem has existed for years! And it happened on many people! Can your two big companies work together to solve this problem?

Yeah it stopped working on our Samsung smart TV as well. Haven't found a working fix yet. If anybody does let me know please.

Have been having these issues randomally on both Samsung TVs as well.
I have two kids, both have accounts with youtube kids. One would work , another one wont.  Eventually both accounts stopped. After going to parents settings on youtube kidds app on TV and signing out - app loads fine. I had to porceed as guest. Kids lost their favourites and recomendaton lists but at least it is working for now

Anyone ever figure this out? It's so aggravating to buy a brand new tv and have this issue.  Our phones and sons tablet connect without a problem, so it isn't the network. This is an issue every day, multiple times a day.

Just in case this helps anyone... I had "something went wrong" error when launching YouTube kids under my sons Family Link  supervised profile.

I had to go into Family Link on my own device and choose manage sons apps and set you tube age limit there. Then it worked fine on the Samsung A7 tablet.

ok i have one kid and i wanna add a youtube kids account and it said something went wrong on my samsung tv and my samsung phone can somebody help?!
