I have a QN90B tv and an optical soundbar. About 3 days ago, the tv stopped controlling the volume on my soundbar. I can't change the volume with my cable box remote control or samsung tv remote control. When I try to change the volume, the box shows up on the left side of my screen indicating that it is trying to change the volume up/down but nothing happens. If I switch the sound output to the tv speakers, both remotes can control the volume. I had no issues controlling the volume before 3 days ago.
So far I have tried unplugging and plugging back in the tv and soundbar. I have also tried a different optical cable. I also tried resetting the smart hub because I saw this recommended on some older samsung tv models. Does anyone have other ideas?
