I watch my Q55Q950 TV through my cable box (inserted in HDMI 1) and Amazon firestick (inserted in HDMI 4). When I switch from cable to firestick and back again I always lose sound on return to cable. I have to switch the tv off then back on at the main power supply for the sound to return to cable.
Also sometimes my tv loses connection to the Internet and again I've to switch the TV off and on again at the power supply for the tv to reconnect to the Internet.
Can someone advise?
